HOBOKEN, N.J. On July 29, 2008, enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, announced that a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) was made with Stevens Institute of Technology to construct a 487 kW solar photovoltaic system in Hoboken, N.J. The solar photovoltaic project will consist of roof-, carport- and ground-mounted fixed-tilt solar arrays. enXco will own and operate the solar photovoltaic system, and provide financing for the project under a multi-year PPA with Stevens on a net-metering basis.

Construction on the project is anticipated to begin mid-August 2008 and is expected to be in operation by the end of the year. EnXco has also signed an EPC agreement with RGD Energies, a subsidiary of 3rd Rock Systems and Technologies.
